gymboreeeeeeeee!

Greyson had his first Gymboree class today, we all went as a family. Greyson was a little nervous to meet all the other babies, since he hasn't seen many other in his lifetime. He threw up a little before we went in, dada said it was his nervous belly, which he gets from his father. HAHA. We sang songs, played mirror games, played with toys, popped bubbles and played on the tumble mats. Greyson seemed to have a great time and we are looking forward to going back soon!

I guess the other day I ate these green things called av-o-cad-os. Whatever. They were good. Mom and Dad think these pics are funny. HA HA. Um.. I can't clean myself. very funny

aahhhh. The Lake.........

So this past weekend court, greyson, brit and i took a short trip out to lake Gaston to stay a night with her aunt and uncle. I thought it was like 5 hours away, but no, it was only a bit over , so I am so glad that we did. It was AWESOME!! It was a 5 bedroom house back in the woods on a gravel road, but, it was right on the lake. It was more like on a private cove right off the lake. The house had it's own dock with a diving board and a kind of high dive that was about 10 feet up. The water was perfect and there was no one on the lake. Courtney's Uncle Keith's cousin Kent and his two sons, Patrick and Dylan, came up from South Carolina with their boat, so we got to go tubing and cruise the lake. It made me want to live on a lake. You'll see pictures of the swarms of catfish and giant carp from over by the marina. They were nuts. We had a great time and I think we are going to try and rent it out for a week next year at the same time. Anyone that wants to go needs to let us know asap.

Aunt Steph!! i miss you.........

So as you can see from the pictures my aunt Steph swung by for a few day to see me. She was on her way to the big apple for meeting but couldn't resist my cute face.... i love to drool on her and she loves it too... I had a really good time even though it was a short visit and i can't wait to see her again. Maybe the next visit will be on the west coast??

5 month check-up

Greyson had a visit with the doctor today for his four months check-up...we were about a month late, but what can you do. Dr. Fred said he is doing great and growing like a weed. He is 26 1/2" long 16.5 LBS and his head is 43 cm. He is long and lean...90th percentile of height. Dr. Fred said if he keeps it up he will be in the 6 foot range!!! Let's keep our fingers crossed. Greyson also slept through the night for the first time last night, from 7:30pm to 6am....it was nice. He has had some new foods...avacado, banana, peaches, sweet potato and by mistake he sucked on a dill pickle and loved it!!! He is starting to do the inch worm so I fear it wont be long until he starts to crawl. Greyson has a few new favorite things...the piano, the book The Barn Yard dance, his activity jumper and paper of any type (the noiser the better) Well that's my update for now....Chris should be updating again in the next day or two!!!
